م/علا و م/تامر....صباح الخيرات....المشروع جاهز للطرح الأن و هو كالأتي:
1- Factory building
a. Factory size: 3750 sqm
Floor finishes: epoxy or something suitable for a factory
Factory clear height: 8m
Office need to be 2 floors (ground + mezzanine)
2- Labor accommodation
Needed to accommodate 70 labors: 60 helpers & 10 supervisors including 1 kitchen per floor and 1 toilet for each 3 rooms (Each 3 helpers in 1 room and each supervisor in one room).
3- Canteen, kitchen and toilets: no specific requirement
4- Site/plot plan: attached
5- Lease contract and industrial license (will be given when ready)
B – Terms and conditions
1. The contractor should submit the offer with itemized and detailed pricing.
2. The offer should include all civil, electrical and mechanical works
3. A/C is only needed in the office area.
4.contract shall be as per FIDIC 1999
5. Design is by contractor
6. each activity in the time schedule shouldn't exceed 15 days
